IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REALTORS AND POTENTIAL RESIDENTS:
  • Buyer Realtors and New Home Buyers are welcome to drive or walk around our neighborhood any day and anytime but be advised that there is No Sales Office in the Community nor inside the Clubhouse.
  • Residents are very friendly here, but anyone seen roaming around the parking lot, entering or leaving the Clubhouse will not and should not let you tour the facility.  Residents might not fully or accurately answer some or all of your questions.

  • Monthly Homeowners' Association Fees (HOA Fees or monthly assessment fees) are $165.00 per month.

    • Winter-Snow Removal 2" or More, of All Roads & Parking Lots, All Concrete Sidewalks, and All Auxiliary Parking Areas.
  • All Resident Units Areas (246 Units) Receive:
    • Summer-Grass Cutting, Trimming, Blowing, Shrub Trimming, Garden Weeds Pulled, Mulching, Grass Fertilizer, Weed and Insect Treatment.
